    A non-profit based in Australia dedicated to teaching mindfulness meditation skills. The free program is available on the web and as an app for both Android and Apple devices.
  • Headspace
    Headspace will teach you basic meditation techniques in just 10 minutes a day. You can sign up for free and the first 10 lessons are free. Apps for Android and Apple devices are available.
  • Insight Timer
    The Insight Timer is a free meditation app available for Android and Apple devices. Use the timer to create your own meditation sessions. Over 1,000 guided meditations are also available.
